ICBE will host a 2 hour knowledge session with Toyota Lean Management Centre

The workshop will focus on the following topics.

Level 1 Production meeting with explanation of the board. What you will learn | Effective Line Management - How Toyota capture the facts and data on the issues of each shift with the detail behind them which then provides the inputs to the level 1 meeting. Followed by explanation of how then the first level of support come together and look to solve the issues through the management board.

Assembly line – Standardised Work, Jidoka and Kaizen What you will learn | Explanation of Jidoka and the benefits of what standardised work brings and how the members improve their processes through kaizen.

Quality Control Circles | What you will learn | Development of People- Process of how Toyota coach and develop a sitewide team of problem solvers.
