Psychological Safety - What Google Discovered in its Search to Build the Perfect Team!

Google did a global study a number of years ago and the research question that it set out to answer was
What are the factors that separate really good leadership teams for the top elite performing teams?
After extensive research across 180 of their global teams, they discovered that Psychological Safety was the key differentiator

JJ has been working with global organisations such as Abbott , Alkermes and Analog Devices over the past four years at creating Psychological Safety within their teams and they will openly talk about the very significant business benefits that they have received from focusing on the creation of Psychological Safety.

In this twenty minute talk, JJ will address three questions:

  • Question 1: What is Psychological Safety?
  • Question 2: As a Leader, how do you create Psychological Safety
  • Question 3: What Business Benefits have companies quantifiably experienced from making the creation of Psychological Safety a leadership priority?
