Gavin Speers is an enthusiastic and dynamic leadership development facilitator and performance coach with over 20 years’ experience at strategic and operational level and has worked with Franklin Covey since 2013.

Prior to joining Franklin Covey, Gavin had a successful career as a senior organisational development leader working effectively at board-level and with top teams, helping to drive change and organisational transformation.

As well as an accomplished facilitator, Gavin is also a performance coach and an accredited practitioner in a range of psychometric tools and techniques (e.g. MBTI I and II, 16PF, EQi, Action Learning, NLP).  Gavin brings a flexible, intelligent and spirited approach to his facilitation and training and incorporates academic study and a passion for high performance psychology into all of his development work.
