A two-part, interactive workshop designed specifically for senior business leaders, managers, and top executives based on concepts and strategic business frameworks. The sessions integrate strategic foresight, ethical governance, and practical applications of generative AI, within the context of leadership roles.

There will be a maximum of 15 participants to facilitate maximum customisation and interaction.

Workshop Objectives

The workshop aims to help participants:
