In the new World of Work leaders must be able to lead teams and influence outcomes within and outside the traditional organisational hierarchy. Now that matrix, remote, hybrid, project teams are the norm leaders are faced with increasing complexity within their roles.  Leadership now often sits outside the organisation hierarchy & we must all lead and influence across diverse stakeholders even if we have no direct reports.

During this webinar, Eamonn will look at the leadership challenges and opportunities we all face as leaders in the swiftly changing and fluid world of work.

During the session, we will have the opportunity to reflect on where our own leadership presence comes from and how we can individually and collectively contribute as leaders to the future sustained success of our organisations.

This webinar is suitable for anyone who leads people, leads with subject matter expertise, or is just interested in exploring the topic of leadership.

The webinar will cover:

  • The Changing Leadership Paradigm
  • Leadership Presence
  • 7 Skills for Tomorrows Leaders
  • The Hybrid/Remote work leadership challenge
  • 10 Leadership skills in demand for the Future of Work
