Mental Health Awareness Training for Managers
is a 1.5 hour training programme designed to enhance managers’ understanding of mental health and mental health problems that may arise in the workplace. The programme gives managers the skills to recognise the signs and symptoms of common mental health problems and how to appropriately engage in a conversation with the person they are concerned about. It also provides an opportunity for managers to identify the resources and supports that can assist someone who is struggling with their mental health.

The course format caters for all learning styles with opportunities to participate, discuss scenarios and develop skills. Our instructors provide a comfortable learning environment and are trained to support your participation and learning.
