This programme is essential for anyone who wants to gain knowledge and insight into professional training delivery skills and evaluation techniques.
During this 4-day face-to-face classroom workshop, you will gain valuable, practical experience delivering mock training sessions.
You'll receive helpful feedback from our experienced trainer along with guidance and support for your assessment work.
To achieve the QQI Certification, you must successfully complete self-directed learning and assessment work in the 8 weeks following your course. Your trainer will give you guidance and a detailed brief for this work.

The old FETAC Train The Trainer Level 6 award was de-activated by QQI and is no longer available.
QQI Training Delivery and Evaluation Level 6 course is the closest replacement in style and content to the old Train The Trainer course.

Evaluationis an important element of training, both for you as a trainer and for your trainees.The “evaluation” element of this course covers widely-utilised evaluation models such as Kirkpatrick’s Model of Evaluation. You’ll gain the ability to apply these models and provide constructive feedback to your trainees. You’ll also learn how to reflect upon your own performance and use what you learn to improve and grow as a trainer.
