Shingo Executive Leadership Programme
April 20th - 22nd 2026, Dublin
7.30-3pm Daily
Sustaining excellence is one of the greatest challenges organisations face today. The Shingo Executive Leadership Program equips senior leaders with the mindset, framework, and practical tools to build systems that not only deliver results—but sustain them.
Grounded in the Shingo Model, this immersive three-day experience helps leaders connect principles to systems and behaviours, transforming how they lead and how their organisations operate.
Participants will learn how ideal results come from ideal behaviours and how to design systems that naturally promote those behaviours across teams and functions.
Through engaging discussions, peer collaboration, and hands-on application, you will :
- Gain a deeper understanding of the principles and systems that drive lasting excellence.
- Explore real examples of leadership transformation and system redesign.
- Build a trusted network of executives committed to continuous improvement and cultural sustainability.
Join other senior leaders who are committed to leading with principle and shaping cultures where excellence endures.
A benchmarking visit to Jabil in Bray will offer real-world insights into sustaining excellence, while participants have the opportunity to share challenges and actions with other leaders who are equally committed to building cultures of excellence.
The program sharpens decision-making skills, cultivates teamwork, and aligns organisational purpose with individual purpose. Through systems thinking and strategic deployment, executives will be equipped to lead and sustain enterprise-wide excellence.
Please note that each participating organisation should have at least two attendees; to drive effective transformation, at least one should have P&L responsibility, as individual enthusiasm alone is insufficient.
