Working better together has just got a lot more nuanced in the COVID-19 world.  People haven’t changed, and managers now need to rethink and refresh their approaches to getting their team to work better together, while apart. This programme is QQI (formerly FETAC) accredited and participants can earn a Level 5 component certificate in Effective Team Player as a result of participating in the programme and successfully submitting the required assignments.

The programme is designed for those who have:

• supervisory responsibility for colleagues in an informal way
• experience in their current role and have been identified as suitable to take on a team lead or management responsibilities in the organisation
• assumed a management role
