In May 2021 ICBE carried out a survey of members to:
- identify the level and rate and nature of digital transformation in the Irish manufacturing sector
- give our membership an opportunity to describe the support and/or advice they need from ICBE to facilitate their digital journeys
- share any knowledge or experience in this area

The responses to our recent ICBE Digital Transformation Benchmarking survey have provided valuable insights on the level, rate and nature of digital transformation in Irish manufacturing and services organisations.
On October 6th ICBE held our first follow up event, free of charge for ICBE members - Decoding Digital Transformation: Lessons for Industry - the focus of this knowledge session will be on getting off to a successful start and avoiding early pitfalls.
The event was moderated by Billy Little European Director Quality and Lean and Site Lead I4.0 Penn Engineering, and co-presented by Barry Curry and Derval Kennedy, both industry experts in digital transformation program design and implementation.
