Call To Lead research 2024
The current ICBE/KBS research is “Call to Lead”. The aim of the study is to help us understand what potential future leaders think about taking a step up to senior leadership roles. This research was commissioned and sponsored by ICBE Business Excellence Skillnet and is being undertaken by the Kemmy Business School, UL.
As part of this phase of the project the KBS has developed a survey.
We hope to get as many responses as possible to give us a real insight into what future leaders are thinking in terms of stepping up to lead.
