Denise O’Brien ACC, founder & Managing Director of O’Brien Learning Solutions, is an award-winning organisational change expert with almost 30 years experience. Denise has an industry background in leadership development, operations and change management in the financial services sector and her business specialises in creating corporate cultures which attract and retain top talent.
Her ‘Evolve’ culture change programme has been recognised at national level by the learning and development institute in 2024, as a finalist in the ‘Best L&D Collaboration’ category. Her clients have won prestigious awards such as Great Place to Work certification and have been listed in the Top Ten Best Places to Work 2024 (UL Student Life). Denise herself has been named as the Network Ireland Limerick 2024 Solo Businesswoman of the Year, which is testament to her groundbreaking achievements in business and in life.
Denise is passionate about using simple models, to bring about effective change. Her bespoke ‘3-S’ change model focuses on bringing the whole organisation on the change journey, to achieve outstanding results together.
Sarah Blake, founder of Earthology, helps companies to create a climate conscious workforce that will increase staff retention, attract the best talent and create future fit businesses. Sarah believes companies can make a profit and be planet positive.
Sarah has more than 25 years’ business experience in Sustainability, Human Resources (CIPD Associate) and Horticulture (RHS trained). After studying Sustainability Leadership at Cambridge University, Sarah founded Earthology to help employees and their companies on their sustainability journey, one step at a time! Sarah is also a member of the Al Gore Climate Reality chapter in Ireland.
She has assisted more than 24 companies with B Corp Certification and helps companies to use the EI “Green Start for Business” grant to achieve it. Sarah runs Certified Carbon Literacy courses to educate and inspire both Senior Leaders and Green Teams.
Dr. Áine O’Dea PhD, founder of Radiance Consulting, is one of Ireland’s most renowned Occupational Therapists and was the first OT in Ireland to win a scholarship to the prestigious SPHeRE programme (funded by the Health Research Board) where she was awarded her doctorate in Population Health & Health Research.
Taking her highly transferable skillset into the corporate world, Áine has created her own Neuroleadership executive coaching method, known as RADIANT, bringing transformational outcomes for her clients as they follow their goals to lead, succeed and surpass expectations.
Her company, Radiance Consulting, also helps clients to gain an advantage in talent attraction and retention by enabling employers to better support working parents and enhance Diversity, Equity, Belonging & Inclusion (DEBI) policies through neurodiversity awareness and better engagement for neurodiverse team members.
