ICBE Benchmarking Visit to Hollister ULC

In this visit and site tour, the Hollister Team will focus on :
- Visual Performance Management and Structured Problem Solving
- Associate Development and Engagement
- Digitalisation, Industry 4.0
As a host site, the team are very conscious that they don’t have all the answers and would appreciate commentary and feedback from visiting companies on using these methods as improvement vehicles or to drive standardisation.
Only one person from any member organisation may attend. The place will be on a first come first served basis.
