What do Google know about why some of their teams outperform their peers?

After extensive internal and external research (Project Aristotle) they identified the following:

It is not who leads the team, it is not who is on the team that matters, it is how well the team interact and work together that matters

Working better together has just got a lot more nuanced in the COVID-19 world.  People haven’t changed, and managers now need to rethink and refresh their approaches to getting their team to work better together, while apart. This online engaging programme is here to help participants to do just that; and now with the QQI assignments re-aligned there is additional support to help participants learn and demonstrate how they are addressing these new challenges.

Overview
Everybody who arrives in a management role for the first time, asks themselves what do I do now? The hard work and technical skills that got them the management responsibility are not the skillset necessary to be successful as a manager. The new manager needs to quickly identify what he/she needs to focus on and how to make the necessary personal changes in a seamless manner.

FOUR core People Management modules delivered through dynamic and interactive online training sessions of typically 90 min duration.
Each module has 3 sessions delivered on alternate days in a single week.  The full training programme runs over four weeks.
