Companies want to keep their employees safe but also need to “Get Back To Work”. In response to requests from ICBE Members and clients, LBS Partners has drawn on its extensive experience, to design a programme with an audit that addresses the critical topics of Social Distancing and Surface Contact Prevention.
The audit is designed to meticulously explore site and office processes to ensure, at ALL times, employees adhere to Social Distancing rules. Where this is not possible, new processes need to be mapped and thought through and implemented. The new processes will maintain or improve the existing process, and of crucial importance, avoid transmission of Covid -19.
The audit also includes an examination of ALL surface contact points to identify and log where risk of contamination is present. Once identified, counter measures will be implemented to mitigate or remove all identified Surface Contact risk.
