• Learn useful PowerPoint keyboard shortcuts for presenting
• Learn how to incorporate Polls into your PowerPoint slides to engage your audience

Presenter View (2 screens required)

• Learn how to switch on the Presenter View
• Learn how to toggle between screens
• Learn how to Zoom into a slide while presenting
• Learn how to navigate to other slide without your audience knowing
• Learn how to turn on live subtitles

PowerPoint Live in MS Teams

• Learn how to Zoom into a slide while presenting
• Learn how to navigate to other slide without your audience knowing
• Learn how to lock the slides so that your audience cannot scroll ahead
• Learn how to translate slides to different languages
• Learn how to turn on live captioning
• Learn how to view slides in high contrast for people with visual impairments

About the Trainer:

Fiona Walsh, PowerPoint Specialist and MicroSoft Master Trainer

Fiona Walsh holds an MSc in Digital Innovation from University College Dublin. She also has an Advanced Diploma in Coaching with Neuroscience and Diplomas in ICT Teacher Training and Project Management. Fiona became a Microsoft Master Instructor in 2008 and specialises in PowerPoint. When Fiona trained to become a Microsoft Office Specialist, she found it difficult to get examples of using specific functionality in the real world. This prompted her to focus on a different aspect of PowerPoint training. She starts with the result in mind and trains users to get there.
