Session 1 ( 9.30am to 12.30pm)

- Essential negotiation skills overview – service/product knowledge, active listening, empathy, marketing psychology, adaptability, storytelling
- Relationship management, Communication and influencing
- Prospecting
- During the Negotiation
- Emotional intelligence
- The 7Ps of negotiation,
- BATNA and other negotiation techniques
Session 2 (9.30am to 12.30pm)
- Closing the Deal
- Value and win-win is key
- Influencing and Negotiation closing techniques
- After the Deal
- Follow up
- Review processes and continue to build relationship
- Memorialise the deal
