Lorna Lawless, Coaching Psychologist, will give us an insight into Mental Toughness, presenting an understanding of how these psychological skills bring us beyond resilience and survival mode - enabling us, our teams and our colleagues to thrive through the Covid-19 Pandemic. Lorna will leverage her experience and background in psychology to cover the 4 C’s of Mental Toughness. There will be a Q&A opportunity following Lorna’s presentation to allow you to ask Lorna any questions you might have.

This bite-size webinar will leave you with some tangible ideas for yourself and your team members to develop your own mental toughness skills.
