This event is for Leaders & Decision-Makers who are responsible for inspiring and leading change in their organisations.

To help ensure you to make a positive change we will work with you to create your own 100 Day Plan as part of the event. This will be supported by your personal journal to help enable your success.

Soundwave

As part of the conference you will have the opportunity to complete the Soundwave assessment and the Soundwave 360 assessment (worth €250) - valuable tools to help you understand your communication style.

Coaching

We will also support every delegate with individual 1:2:1 coaching sessions following the workshop to help you implement your plan
