Funded Cost: €1,080 (up to 8 participants)
Duration: 2 hrs
Helping busy leaders deliver on D&I for ESG
This 2 hour session presented by Pippa Halley, founder of Culture Smart, is designed to help busy or overwhelmed leaders and managers clearly understand the steps needed to make progress on D&I, without spending a fortune, or adding complex ‘to dos’ to an already busy workload.
It is suitable for organisations that want to build a meaningful D&I programme (and report on it!) as part of ESG activity.
This workshop will help you assess where you’re at, figure out next steps and make a plan that works for your business and people. Importantly, you’ll gain top tips for communicating your D&I story straight away so your people will start to see and experience D&I as a priority.
Who should attend
Groups of leaders/managers/employees who need to get moving on Diversity and Inclusion planning and delivery. Specifically useful for organisations who want to report on and demonstrate intent and progress around ESG/CSRD reporting.
