Dr. Sarah Kieran is Director of Executive Education in the Kemmy Business School. Her research interests lie in areas such as strategic transformation, leadership and the future of work. Today, her work with UL centres on supporting organisations to build leadership capability. Prior to joining UL she worked as a Management Consultant in Strategic and Organisational Development. This followed ten years in the Telecoms Sector where she held a number of leadership roles in Strategy, CRM and HRM.
