Session Content:

1. 1. We explore the 5 steps of Lean Six Sigma - Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control
   2. We then conduct a practical case study exercise in Six Sigma to demonstrate the efficiencies and productivity improvements that can result from Lean Six Sigma
