Dana Minbeava - WHAT MAKES FOR A GOOD HR ANALYTICS PROJECT?
Dana Minbeava is a Professor of Strategic and Global HRM at the Dept. of Strategy and Innovation, at Copenhagen Business School. Her research on strategic and international HRM has appeared in top tier international journals, numerous chapters and books. She received several national and international awards for her research achievements. Dana is actively involved in the MBA and executive education at
CBS, as well as other European business schools. She works in close contact with Danish and European multinationals on the topics of human capital analytics. Dana is also a Research Partner in Nordic
Human Capital Advisory.

Ana Dinho - STAFF ATTRITION
Ana Dinho is an expert in workforce planning management with more than 15+ years' experience . Ana has gained global experience across telecoms, financial services, BPO, and aviation sectors. With a Black Belt Lean Sigma Degree, Ana has started her studies in UCD towards a HDip in Statistics. Ana champions the use of data analytics to address staff attrition which will support the recruitment of the right candidates.

Amy Randall - PEOPLE ANALYTICS EVOLUTION
Amy Randall, is a Senior HR Data Analyst with Permanent TSB. She has evolved People Analytics from basic MI reporting to contributing critical insights that have helped shape the HR and Bank strategies. Amy has led multiple projects which have created tangible efficiencies through maximising the use of technology. Amy is a data enthusiast, a UL Business Studies graduate and holds a H Dip in Data Analytics from NCI
