• Annual training hours — Volume of training delivered each year (manufacturing & non-manufacturing areas)
• Tracking methods — How hours and effectiveness are measured
• Delivery formats — Face‑to‑face, online, blended, etc.
• Learning platforms — Use of an LMS or other systems
