Overview

Whether you are leading across generations, working alongside colleagues at very different career stages, or simply curious about why the same workplace can feel so different to different people, this session offers fresh thinking for navigating today’s evolving workforce.  Rather than treating generations as fixed categories with predetermined traits, this webinar will provide attendees with a more nuanced understanding of why people differ at work - and what they can do about it intentionally.

Suitable for all levels in the organisation, please feel free to share details with your colleagues and teams.
