This Benchmarking Visit and Workshop is for individuals in senior toles in Automation and Machine Learning within organisations. Seagate wish to facilitate a benchmarking tour, but also they would like you to share your experiences and challenges around initiatives in these areas.

General areas proposed:

• How do companies define value, proposed and realised
• How do we evolve roles in the new world of automation and ML.
• What are the best practices for change management when deploying new solutions.

This visit will be led by Tina O’Donnell, Director of Wafer Factory IT at Seagate. Tina is a critical contributor in the information systems leadership team that has made a transformative impact on wafer manufacturing processes with their cutting edge innovation in automation workflow and simulation/optimisation systems. 

The VP Global Factory IT at Seagate plans to travel from the US to attend the workshop in person.
