The Musgrave Graduate Programme is one of the country's leading graduate programmes, in place for over 30 years.
This ICBE visit will give attendees an overview of the programme
as well as an understanding of Musgrave's Early Careers selection process,
how they enable Early Career development and approach succession and talent identification.
We will also take a look at how AI and Copilot are being integrated into daily operations at Musgrave.
We intend this to be an interactive morning, where attendees share their own insights as well as learn from the Musgrave experience.
