There are two systems in your brain (fast and slow) which are constantly fighting over control of your behaviour and actions. In this bite sized webinar, we will explore both these systems and demonstrate how fast thinking can open the door to unconscious bias and impact on judgment, decisions, and workplace practices.

Who would benefit from attending this webinar:
Leaders, line manager, learning & development managers, employees at all levels of the business.

What will you learn:

  • Understand the difference between fast and slow thinking.
  • Explore the link between fast thinking and unconscious bias.
  • Understand how unconscious bias can affect how we see the world around us and make decisions.
  • Recognise bias both in yourself and others, and in turn through that awareness learn to mitigate against it.
