It is critical that as we move into the 'new normal', we give employees an opportunity to explore what this will mean for them and the necessary skills to allow then to thrive in the hybrid teams. We don't know what the future of work will look like, but we do know that it will continue to change at a pace we have only recently become familiar with.

We all need to reassess our approach to teamwork, collaboration, communication, productivity and creativity. Self-motivation and taking accountability are even more important in hybrid settings. We all need to reassess how we interact with each other, including with our managers.

This bite-sized webinar will disrupt your thinking and get you focused on what you need to do to make a hybrid work for you, your team and your goals. You will start to think of potential challenges and work toward solutions. The webinar is suitable for anyone who already does or will in the future, work in some form of hybrid model.

There will be a Q&A opportunity following Betty’s presentation to allow you to ask Betty any questions you might have.
