Burnout has become an epidemic in itself, 1 out of 3 professionals experience burnout at some stage in their career, but the real problem is when we see stress and burnout impact on a team and even organisational level.
In our recent ICBE Skillnet Sustainable Leader Research, one third of participants reported burnout.
In this workshop, you will learn the exact root causes of burnout and lack of engagement - so that you can create real solutions in 2023 to equip yourself and your team to thrive without stress.
