This workshop examines the role that confidence has played in our lives to date, where it shows up, where it has grown and what contributes to its development.
Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of:
- where they sabotage themselves and their confidence
- why they can have much more trust in themselves
- how they can actively grow their confidence levels in the future
This is a short 1-hour workshop; but will incorporate both reflective and interactive opportunities, with an emphasis on taking ownership and ‘including yourself’.
There will be breakout groups and rooms as part of the workshop also.
