Gain a foundational understanding of AI types, focusing on the unique mechanisms and
potential of Generative AI within industrial applications
Recognise how Generative AI serves as a catalyst for innovation and advanced problem-
solving in business contexts.
Learning from Real-World Applications and Mistakes
Identify and analyse industry-specific case studies demonstrating the successful application
of Generative AI to enhance business outcomes.
Learn from best practices and notable failures to navigate common pitfalls and understand
the factors leading to both success and setbacks.
Session 1 - Part 2 - 14.00 –16.00
Generative AI Tools and Techniques: Road to Mastery
Apply Generative AI tools across various industry scenarios (including manufacturing),
from process optimisation to customer engagement.
Introduce team assignment - Team Assignment ('develop a clear actionable plan based on
your learnings')
Breakout room interactions for each group.
Explore practical Generative AI tools and platforms, along with their technical
requirements.
Experimentation in the genAI Industry Simulator
Experience with prompt engineering through individual exercises in an interactive, hands-
on session, reinforcing their understanding of the technology's capabilities.
Devise the most creative and practical use of Generative AI solutions to realistic industry
problems as part of the genAI Industry Simulator (working in groups of 3-4 people).
