In Conversation with Mary Ann Fleming, President at PennEngineering
As part of our In Conversation with Leaders Series, Mary Ann Fleming, President of our member organisation, PennEngineering, was recently interviewed by business journalist, Frank Dillon.
Mary Ann shares the very interesting story of how PennEngineering has evolved and grown to the successful company it is today and reveals what she has learned along the way. She also tells her own intriguing story - from being initially employed as receptionist to now being President of this organisation.
Speaking about her role on PennEngineering’s global executive leadership team, she talks about how the global insights shared by her peers have contributed to the long-term strategic planning for her organisation.
