Programme Overview
Do you ever leave a meeting or interaction feeling frustrated, thinking “I could have handled that better” or regretting what was or wasn’t said? If so, this series of Connect at Your Best modules is for you. Suitable for learners at all levels in the organisation the programme is delivered over 3 x two-hour online workshops. Modules include:
- Communication & Conflict Resolution: Holding your ground
- Difficult Conversations - Assertiveness & Feedback: Say what you want to say
- Emotional Intelligence: E-Factor

About the Facilitator – Michelle Dinneen
Ardin Career Development is owned and run by Michelle Dinneen. Michelle is qualified to Masters level in Human Resource Leadership and is a Master Trainer. Michelle has over 15 years experience in both Operations and HR training, learning & development in a regulated multi national environment.
