With more and more organisations adopting a hybrid model of working in the future, where staff work
partly in the office & partly at home, the impact on people & how they work together is becoming more important.

The CIPD Ireland HR practices 2021 research indicated that collaboration and team working, have weakened during remote working.

As we move to a more hybrid way of working, there is now an opportunity to support people in developing effective relationships in this new way of working, that aids collaboration and encourages people to build and re-build the supportive social connections that help people and performance in the workplace.   Emotional Intelligence can give us insight into the key skills required to do this.

Course aim: This webinar is designed to introduce you to, and help you leverage, your Emotional Intelligence skills that support you in building effective relationships, helping you to live and work successfully within a hybrid workplace.

Orla is an Executive Coach and Learning & Development Consultant with a strong business background - having over 25 years’ experience working with Multinationals, SMEs, and Government Departments. She possesses a strong reputation for high-impact leadership coaching, working with people from Csuite to Individual Contributor level, specifically focusing on new or transitioning managers. She is passionate about developing authentic leaders and supporting them to drive leadership and performance within their organisations.

Orla is an accredited practitioner with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and provides Executive Coaching programmes for clients on a global basis. She is currently studying for her Master’s in Executive Coaching in Ashridge, Hult University
