ICBE is delighted to announce an innovative and inspiring relationship with the Harvard Business Review.

The HBR Partnership is part of the ongoing development of the services ICBE provides for its member companies and their employees. ICBE’s mission is to identify best practice globally and to then help our member companies adapt and assimilate global best practice.

Globalisation, Matrix Management and Digital transformation have individually and collectively significantly changed how and where work is undertaken. COVID has accelerated many of these changes and has integrated blended working patterns into many of our working patterns. How people cope with these changes are critical success factors in determining whether an innovation prospers or fails. Digital Transformation will depend greatly on the capacity and capability of our employees to absorb and flourish in the new organisational and working structures needed for future prosperity.

Harvard Business Review is a world renowned publication devoted to the promotion and delivery of Business Excellence. We, in ICBE, believe that given the current state of flux within our economic and business communities - now is the right time for ICBE members and HBR to learn and prosper together.

We are delighted to announce the following series of Seminars:
